The new Board of Directors aims to build a sport in accordance to the evolution of the new social, economic and cultural contexts in which we live, to the new demands, to the new emerging sports cultures and to be able to respond to the problems and imbalances that sport itself as an open system is generating.

From this philosophy we understand that the integrated sports community must work to address the changes that are continuously generated in sport through commercialization, the influence of new technologies, professionalization, the power of the media, the birth of great variety of new forms of sport, the growing significance of ecological problems, which extends to sport and the asymmetries of opportunities of those who interact in grassroots and federated sports.

Deepening our principles and postulates of integration, plurality, territoriality and solidarity, we have launched an auspicious Project that will try to address the needs and expectations of the Integrated Sports Community in a consensual manner.

For this reason, we undertook, jointly and in coordination with other sectors (Municipalities, Cooperatives, Mutuals, Confederations representing labor and the economy, civil, public and private entities), to work on building a new economic and social concept: SPORTS COLLABORATIVE ECONOMY.

From our perspective, we understand SPORT as a GOOD UNDER CONSTRUCTION, capable of articulating management models, fundamentally promoting sports associativism in its different areas (collective financing network, sports management and statistics, permanent training of human resources and development of programs of containment and health care). For this reason, we believe that the sports community cannot be marginalized from the constant changes and movements that occur every day, which include new entrepreneurs and structures of economic association in the sports field, for which we sponsor new strategies with the aim to resignify SPORTS as an INDUSTRY.

In this sense, as the highest authority on sport, we met with the authorities of the General Economic Confederation, who joined this management and development project, recognizing this paradigm shift in sport and expressing our commitment to join it.

From integration and pluralism, our goal is to continue working for new opportunities, respecting the development processes of each sports institution, building public and private policies, promoting responsible and supportive management models, deepening territorial work, generating spaces that guarantee the associativism as a determining factor of sport, understood as a social and economic good; always with the irrevocable commitment that all sectors can participate on a level of equality and respect.

MANAGEMENT OBJECTIVES 2013-2017

The Argentine Sports Confederation (CAD) is the entity in Argentina that encloses all sports in general, Olympic and Non-Olympic.

We aim to be the vehicle that achieves the union of the Sports Community, collaborating and supporting the interests of those who make it up.

We aspire to exchange knowledge, developing programs and articulating strategic alliances with various public and private organizations that allow the sustainability of the Entities and the participation of citizens.

We will build the necessary mechanisms to interconnect a territorial network that facilitates access to information, debate, proposals and federalization of decisions.

c. Concept to incorporate:

  2. Federative Sport: (ENADED) to be created in a similar way to ENARD.
    b. Through public administrative structures.
    i. All modalities of Social, Recreational and Inclusive Sports.
  3. Institutional Strengthening of Civil Sports Associations.

a. In the economic:
i. Provide funds to professionally manage the Organizations of the Federative System Confederations, Federations, Associations, Clubs as the backbone of the sports system.

b. In human resources:
i. Facilitate the updating and renewal of sports leadership with permanent training programs coordinated with the Universities and Teaching Institutes.

c. Legally:
i. Review the category of legal person and the fiscal and tax situation of the Sports Associations.
ii. Obligation to obtain the approval of the organizations of the federative system for the realization of all sporting events.

We consider that the previous items are a starting point to promote and organize all kinds of Forums and Meetings (open and specialized) on these problems, which allow us to reach the necessary consensus to make achieving these objectives possible.
